What Causes Hair Loss

Hair loss can be caused by several factors. Hormonal changes, such as those from thyroid disorders, pregnancy, menopause, or low testosterone, are common triggers. Stress, both physical and emotional, can disrupt the hair growth cycle, leading to temporary shedding. Nutrient deficiencies, especially in iron, zinc, biotin, and protein, weaken hair health and contribute to thinning.
